Hamilton County Recorder Scott Crowley is pleased to announce on Friday, January 15, 2021, The Hamilton County Recorder’s Office released access to over One Million images of Deed Books from the years 1930 to 1961. These were the books stored in the basement - Deed Book volumes 1524 to 3193.
Effective Monday, November 30, 2020 the Recorder’s Office is closed to the public and examiners until further notice.
Hamilton County Recorder Employees will be working from the office and are here to assist you, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Effective Thursday, October 17, 2019, recording fees for most documents increased by $6.00 due to the passage of HB 166 by the Ohio Legislature.
On Friday April 20, 2018, The Hamilton County Recorder’s Office released access to over One Million images of Deed Books from the years of 1967 thru 1988.
