When a document is recorded into the Official Records of Hamilton County with an identity that is being monitored, an email will automatically be sent to the provided email address. To search documents already recorded under your name use our main search page.

DURING SIGN UP you are given the opportunity to enter Identifying Information to be monitored. You may enter up to five names or variations to monitor. The names must exactly match as presented on the recorded documents. Do not use punctuation. You may enter your last name and click the magnifying glass icon magnifying glass icon to search for versions of your name that have been previously used for recordings. When entering names to be monitored, follow the examples below…

You will choose between Human Name (Individual) and Business Name (Corporation).

For Human Name, you will be prompted to enter Last Name and First Name. (Do not use punctuation.) For Example:

DOE JOHN R JR
DOE JOHN JR

For Business Name, you will be prompted to enter the company name. (Do not use punctuation.) You may enter the first part of your business name and click the magnifying glass icon magnifying glass icon to search for versions of your business name that have been previously used on recordings. For Example:

JOHN DOE COMPANY
JOHN DOE CO INC
JOHN DOE LLC
P AND G COMPANY
PROCTOR AND GAMBLE CO

The names must exactly match as presented on the recorded documents.
