Hamilton County Recorder Scott Crowley is proud to announce that the Recorder’s Office received an award from the National Association of Counties in the category of information technology for the successful implementation and launch of their recording notification system. Hamilton County Recorder Scott Crowley launched the notification system in April of 2022. It is designed to combat against deed fraud. It operates as a deterrent against criminals from operating in Hamilton County and stealing homes. Residents can now, for free, receive notifications via email if anyone tries to tamper with or fraudulently transfer their home or property. Residents can register through the County Recorder’s website.

The Hamilton County Recorder’s Office is honored to receive this award. Hamilton County Recorder Scott Crowley is honored to serve in this role and will do anything to protect the residents of Hamilton County from deed fraud.
