The fees for all recordings and services provided at the county Recorder’s Office are set by the Ohio State General Assembly.

For your convenience, we have broken our fees down into easy to use, quick-reference lists providing fee schedules for our most-used services.

Note: We do Accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards as payment with the following convenience fee added:

  • Debit Card - When using a debit card the fee is $2.00.
  • Credit Card - When using a credit card the fee is $2.00 or 2.39% of the transaction whichever is GREATER.
