Viewing Certificates

This page displays a textual representation of the selected certificate. You can get to this information by directly searching for a certificate number. You can also get here by searching for a name or corporation then selecting one or more certificates on the Select Certificate screen. For each certificate, you will see the following information:

• The date and time the certificate was transferred to the current owner
• The prior certificate number
• The document number
• The date on which the land was originally registered
• The book and page numbers containing the official record of each certificate transfer
• The previous owner of the land (grantor)
• The new owner of the land (grantee)
• Legal description of the property
• List of all documents related to the certificate

You have several options for what actions you can take on this screen:

• Click View Documents to display the Select Document screen, containing a list of documents that have been logged for the certificate
• Click View Lot/Unit Sheet to view the Lot/Unit Sheet page, containing a list of owners of each subdivided parcel. (This option is available only for parent certificates.)
• Click View Release Sheet to view the Release Sheet page, containing a list of related documents. (This option is available only for parent certificates.)

• If you selected multiple certificates on the Select Certificate page, use Previous Document and Next Document to scroll through the selected documents.
• Click Back or use the breadcrumbs to return to the Select Document page. Be sure to use the Back button at the bottom of the page, not the browser's Back button, to return to previous pages.
