Selecting Certificate(s)

This page displays a list of all certificates for the individual(s) or corporation(s) you selected on the previous page. The list of certificates is sorted alphabetically by name (last name, first name for individuals, or corporation name for corporations). The list contains the following columns:

• Select: check box for selecting the certificate(s) to view further details
• Certificate Number: identifying reference number for the certificate, also a link to the certificate detail
• Matching Conveyor(s)/Conveyee(s): name of the individual or corporation on the certificate of title
• Earliest Matching Date Recorded: date the certificate was officially recorded
• Latest Matching Date Recorded: date of the most recent document officially recorded on the certificate
• Documents: displays an icon if documents have been logged for this certificate. Clicking this icon will display the Select Document screen for registered land, containing a list of these documents.

To display the Certificate Detail for a particular certificate, click on the certificate number. If you want to view more than one certificate, click the check box next to each certificate you want to view and click the Search button.

To revise your selections, click Clear to uncheck all selected certificates, then re-select certificates as desired and click Search.
