Viewing Subdivision Information

Once you have selected one or more subdivisions from the Select Subdivision page, this page allows you to view the detailed information about the subdivision. For each subdivision, you will see the following information:

• Subdivision: name of the subdivision
• Type: indicates whether the subdivision is registered or unregistered

• Section / Town / Range: indicates the area in which the subdivision is located
• 8^th Series Book/Page: references the 8^th Series book and page containing the legal description of the property. The 8^th Series indexes documents geographically. The 8^th Series books are located in the Recorder's Office.
• Plat Volume / Page: references the plat book and page containing the land that is included the subdivision. The plat books are indexed geographically and located in the Recorder's Office.
• Court / Case: references any court cases related to the subdivision
• Military Survey: references any military surveys related to the subdivision

• Remarks: any remarks entered by the Recorder's Office clerk to provide additional information about the document

You have several options for actions you can take on this screen:

• If you selected multiple subdivisions on the Select Subdivision page, use Previous Document and Next Document to scroll through the selected subdivisions.
• Click Back or use the breadcrumbs to return to the Select Document page. Be sure to use the Back button at the bottom of the page, not the browser's Back button, to return to previous pages.
